Ongoing Support & Maintenance: Continued upkeep and
                                    improvements (Additional paid service)

Payment Terms

Our payment structure ensures project security and quality delivery:

50% Upfront: Initial payment required to begin the project
50% Upon Completion: Remaining balance due at project handoff
Payment Method: Secure transactions processed via PayPal

Project Timeline & Process

We maintain transparent communication throughout your project:

                            Timeline Estimates: Provided based on project complexity
Client Feedback: Timely responses required for project flow

Post-Completion Modifications

We want you to be completely satisfied with your website. Here's our modification policy:

                            Free Minor Adjustments: Up to 2 minor modifications within 7 days
                                    of project completion
Minor Changes Include: Text edits, color adjustments, image
                                    replacements, layout tweaks
Major Changes: New features, page additions, significant redesign
                                    work - quoted separately
Modification Requests: Must be submitted in writing via email for
                                    documentation

                        

Example of Minor vs Major Changes:

Minor (Free): Changing phone number, updating logo, adjusting button colors, fixing typos

Major (Paid): Creating new pages, redesigning sections, advanced functionality

Client Responsibilities

Successful projects require collaboration. Your responsibilities include:

                            Clear Requirements: Detailed project specifications and goals
Content Provision: Text, images, and materials as needed
Timely Feedback: Prompt responses to design reviews
Domain/Hosting: Setup assistance provided if needed

Liability & Guarantees

                            Quality Assurance: Thorough testing and quality checks
Limited Liability: Capped at total project value
Force Majeure: Protection against unforeseen circumstances
Domain & Hosting: We are not responsible for site downtime or loss
                                    of service caused by failure to renew or pay for domain and hosting fees after
